Get the best start on your Reiki journey with this in depth, powerful course. First Degree is usually taught over two days of live training with no information being provided beforehand. I give a combination of home study and then a practical day-course in energy work and feel this is a more effective way to learn and helps the student get to grips with Reiki.

You will be given a comprehensive manual and two mp3 guided meditations for pre-course work which will be the equilivant of approx 9 hours to complete. You will then have a full one day intensive course. You will have followed a course of training lasting for at least 15 ½ hours, longer than would have been the case had you attended a live two day course.

This degree initiates you into the healing power of Reiki. You will receive three empowerments. The course is a very practical course, you will learn how to feel energy and auras, mindfulness, Reiki precepts and Reiki meditations, self treatment techniques, basic hand positions to treat others. This is a course is primarily for self healing.
